All apartments have the same design and are 926 square feet of air conditioned living area with a 132 square foot porch area, for a total of 1,191 square feet. Appliances include refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and in-sink disposal. The units do not have washers or dryers, but they do have “hookups” for tenants who supply their own washers and dryers. Each unit has two parking spaces. Please note that there is NO guest parking.

Dogs over 25 pounds, Pit bulls of any kind, or mix, Akitas, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Rottweilers, Chows or any mixture of these are NOT permitted. Florida Statute Section 760.27 regarding Emotional Support Animals does not apply.
